ACIP is dependent on donations of physical materials necessary for the preservation of endangered Asian classical literature. In particular, computers (both desktop and laptop) are needed for our field offices in India, Mongolia and Russia. Most of our texts are found in remote locations or where copying facilities are non-existent.
Copiers are needed to copy these texts so that they can be sent to India for input and for general use in our field offices.
Warm clothes and shoes seem to be the most requested items from offices in cold climates, like Mongolia and Russia.
